"Principles of Rehab & Performance" is a 10 Week Online Mentorship for Personal Trainers, Coaches, Clinicians and Therapists who want to gain a deep understanding of Human Movement & Biomechanics to bridge the gap between Rehab & Performance 



This course goes deep into the fundamental principles of Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Exercise Prescription & Programming to provide you with a structure and framework that you can apply to successfully take your clients from Pain to Performance.

  • Week Four: Structure & Function of The Hip

  • Week Six: Structure & Function of The Lumbar Spine

  • Week Seven: Screening & Assessments 

  • Week Eight: Exercise Prescription

  • Week Nine: Programming for Rehab & Performance 

  • Week Ten: Business Systems & Online Coaching
